I came up with the idea of owning a youth group home by working in several facilities.  As much as I enjoyed working in the facilities I disliked the way the CEO/ managers treated the youth and staff.  I disagreed with how he was running things, so I thought it was a better way to provide therapeutic services for the kids that are really at risk and that really need help.

 

The treatment that we provide for the kids is different from my competitors because we will actually have a one on one and hands-on experience with them.  We will not label any kids as statistics in their society.  A Better Hope for Youth will stand out because it will be employed by individuals that share the vision of longevity, dedication, and the enthusiasm of working with these individuals.

 

One of the major key elements that I would like for my kids and staff to get out of my home would be the importance of hope.  Most kids are misunderstood in the world today and with A Better Hope for Youth, they will be given the chance to beat all odds and adversities.
